Novus weapon upgrade system findings

so irregardless of the materia grade, every upgrade will only result in +1 to the stat. So pretty much you need 75 alexs to complete the novus.

Unless something changes with IV materia, that's what its looking like. I should be close to having to use IV today. I'll post what happens.
