Novus weapon upgrade system findings

From all the stuff ive read, along with all the stuff ive heard from in-game peeps while i was logged on...the quest seems like a waste of time lol. I'll just get a high allagan weapon as i already have the i110 tome weap(grp beat t9 for first time last night). When they make it upgradeable again to 120 or whatever I'll just use high allagan to get the next tome weap that'll be 120 and upgrade it like the i110 tome while on the path to the next highest weap available only from last coil turn.

I mean yea you dont really need the high allagan weapon to defeat any content, but ya dont need the novus for that matter either. I'll pass on choosing secondary stats for the 2nd highest ilvl weap if this is what it costs xD

i like the look of the stardust rod, but this is kinda ridiculous, even if you dont have to do it soon or right away. To those that will do it, more power to ya. Or less power i guess, since you wont be the highest ilvl weap despite all that time T_T.

I don't think it's 75 alex/infusions guys. If you looked at the example in patch notes the stats added up to 75. Now you start out with +1s, but then you get +2s etc.. so it might only be 20 or so infusions? We don't know for sure just yet. The % might only drop for each stat, though it's getting low scary fast. Next infusion I do i"ll pay attention to the % to give a good hard #. I'm also worried i'm doing osmething wrong or that it's bugged atm only letting us do +1s. This is most likely paranoia though.

So your telling me, after 13,500 myth, 18 hours of atma farming, and another 20 hours to do the books

This has got to be the worst idea for a Relic I have ever seen. I'm sorry, but downing t9 is a heck of a lot faster than doing this, and getting a better weapon out of it.

Just use your i110 or i115 weapon and do dailys =)
50 dailys + myth bonus for expert roullet is a good deal.
No more myth grinding, no pressure /gg

Well, I MIGHT get a little upset if they force you to use grade 4's at the end. If you can use any grade(as long as you have unlocked that grade), I'll be fine.

Actually this type of farming im ok with because i know im going to actually get the myth but FUCK ATMA, seriously who thought that was a good idea? im fine with novus but you CANNOT defend atma
