Got 2 maps from daily, 2 from myth purchase. Yes the success rate is dropping if I recall last one was like 80% success rate.

Servers came up at 0710 EST, did daily map quest before they went back down. Reset happens at 1100 EST.

It's a lot less work to get an allagen tomestone weapon and sand then it is to do all the novus stuff. But I am going to do novus anyway because this is the only weapon they keep upgrading.
