So your telling me, after 13,500 myth, 18 hours of atma farming, and another 20 hours to do the books


I Get EVEN MORE MYTH FARMING! (Take into account the free map everyday, along side farming 800 myth everything single day not skipping a day, It's well over a month)
Not to mention the MASSIVE Gil sink for materia (The prices may drop a bit, but for a long time its going to be just ridiculously expensive, and for people who don't care to craft, will be almost unreal)
And Don't forget after hours of farming up for one map, getting the Alexandrite, Buying the Materia (Or SB, if you can afford to do that, and good rng) you may loose them to a failed meld. So Screw you, go make another million and farm a few hours.

This has got to be the worst idea for a Relic I have ever seen. I'm sorry, but downing t9 is a heck of a lot faster than doing this, and getting a better weapon out of it. This weapon should ascend High Allagan, but it never will, and we are not even done with the grind once you finish the madness of this one. At least in 11 you knew you were getting the best of the best. With this, you're getting no matter what a weaker weapon, and people call it (casual weapons!) By the time the i115 version hits, i125 with new coil will be on its way in. THIS IS NOT THE WAY YOU SHOULD DESIGN RELICS! I don't mind a meaty quest that gives me a long term goal, but all I'm getting in return for this absolutely ridiculous gil/time sink is a slightly better upgraded weathered weapon, which by the way, getting your turn 8 weapon is EVEN FASTER than doing this questline. /rant

You don't have to get it in a day, week or even a month...
If you finish it by the time 2.4 hits, you're not behind at all, and that's expected to be more than 3 months from now.
