No mention of weapon/magic damage
Pretty sure they have stated that weapon damage/magic damage is tied into ilvl of a weapon (atma weapon being a special case, since its upgradeable and not a "final" weapon). One reason they upped the coil weapons to 95 back before 2.2 came out, to make them better than relics.
