• 16 Quickarm Materia I
• 38 Alexandrite

If you use higher tiers though, on the other end of the spectrum, then;

• 4 Savage Aim Materia IV
• 1 Savage Aim Materia III
• 1 Savage Aim Materia I
• 3 Quickarm Materia IV
• 1 Quickarm Materia II
• 10 Alexandrite

I'd presume the map gives Alexandrite, and the Ink is used for obtaining the Sphere Scroll.
