Thread: Sightseeing Log [Spoiler]

Disclaimer, if you do not want to be spoiled and want to find all (80?) without any hints, guides, or help; please leave.

So anyone got any Sightseeing done? Trying to find Limas's one (001)
I'll be attempting to update this with all 80; for now I'll leave the first 20.

001: Gamerescape - Vista Location: Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks, Northwest exit out of The Bismarck/Culinarians' Guild at X9 Y7. In the white wall there, there are two sets of bricks. The western set of bricks of the Vista. Guessing weather needed is Windy as it says something about 'billowing sails.' Also needs to be done during Daylight (hence the Azure Skies line). MIGHT also need some emote...

002: Gamerescape - Vista Location: Limsa Lominsa Lower Decks, The Astalicia. Climb to the top of the ship, and go east onto the point extending from the bow of the ship. The very end tip is where the Vista is located. Needs "dead of night" complete nighttime (not sunrise or sunset)

004: Espritduo (Official Forums) -I found the 4th one, but unsure how exactly, lol. It's the one in Middle La Noscea, by the Skylift. I was looking out at the spot where that Roe female is also looking out, and got nothing even though it said I was in the right spot. Then the time changed to 4pm, the weather changed from that blank "clear" to the sunny "clear" and it worked.
And yeah, that first one. @_@; I swear they made it extra tricky just to screw with us, heh. Got the spot, but apparently the skies aren't azure enough or something.

020: Endemerrin (Official Forums) - X:21, Y:20, Eastern Thanalan. Highbridge. Down on the little scaffolding beneath the bridge facing the statue. Did /pray at 6:15am Eorzean Time, fair weather, got the completion.

I found number 15 in Ul'dah but I have no idea how to trigger it. /lookout doesn't seem to work.

It's not always going to be /lookout.
The description gives hints to what emote you should use.
One of the East Shroud ones it says that the person would sit and ponder what they would do if they were a Sylph.
So you would use /think in that scenario.
I didn't really get a chance to look at all of them before getting kicked off for the re-maintenance, but I assume they should all have a hint of some sort like that.

I'm stumped on the very first one to unlock sightseeing XD

I doubt I'm going to fill the log anytime soon.
