could have just read it as simple fix report the harrassers being rude because someone is doing low dps is against the rules and should be reported people see what they want too not what is actually being said.
Could have, but didn't. Again, because you're (still) not employing some basic punctuation signs that would clearly indicate when one statement is ending and another is beginning.

If you aren't going to write properly, don't expect people to read it properly.

You can still parse, whether there was enrage or not.

Wow, this is one vintage thread.

The issue is that, enrage timer is basically the 'dps check'

If you play dps and there's no enrage timer, then you're in all practicality useless.

It would be akin to removing unavoidable damage in combat, which is why healer are here, to top you off after you've been hit by something you can't dodge. If those didn't exist or were too weak, healer would be useless.

DPS check in this game are very lenient, (beside DSR+TOP or week1-2 savage prog).
If you hit the boss enrage, it means that either your group as a whole had too many death, or that the players overall don't play nearly well enough.

I main healer and I tend to be on the more "careful side", so i tend to shoot an extra heal sometime "just to be safe" (Especially in EX trial with people getting hit by random stuff all the time). Damage is just a filler, a contribution, like healing. My goal is to kill the boss. My main role is to heal, if there's nothing to heal, I just dps. And it does add up.

If we reach an enrage timer, beside when progging in TOP or DSR, I really never ever felt concerned about my DPS. Considering how lenient the dps check are this xpac. We surely didn't wipe because I casted 2 extra MedicaII in that fight. We should not be 600 potency short.

What I'm concerned is that my group passes healing check, that when the boss throws 3-4 aoes back to back that we survive. Healers have healing check, DPS(and tank) have DPS check.

I mean, I would feel aweful to play a DPS knowing that "no matter how bad I am, as long as healer can keep me alive, I can finish that fight"
Why play DPS at this point if you're that useless? Let's just all play glaremage with 2 tanks, this way, 100% success rate as there's a bajillion heals.

I haven't read everything so forgive me if my answer is off in a way or another, but enrage timers currently (except in week 1 last fight of the tier, some current ultimates or abyssos fiascos I guess) are exceptionally forgiving. On top of it, more and more is designed around encounter mechanics based around body checks, so what gates progress is mechanical execution and solution rather than enrages. Enrages still have a little use when people get to a prog point where they essentially managed to get through all the body checks of the fight, but still had deaths here and there enough not to meet the check.

If anything enrage timers were a lot more relevant in the past than today.

IMHO, the main reason people are so hardcore about DPS and using things like parsers are because most fights have an enrage timer. Ifrit EX, Titan EX, T4, T5, T6, T7, T8, T9 all have enrage timers, therefore DPS has to be at a certain number or it's automatic failure. This causes more people to call out and rely on parsers to see who isn't doing at least X damage. If there weren't enrage timers, there would still be higher tier raiders who would want x amount of DPS (to finish fights smoothly), but most of the PF pugs and progression groups wouldn't care as much.
Here's my opinion in my time joining and helping partyfinder parties, Statics, FC's and friend groups...

The majority of the players who are hardcore paying attention to the DPS meter, usually announced through Discord VC? are the once who haven't mastered the mechanics or cleared the fights, often to me are the once that are Casual about Raiding and think it matters more then simply not dying and not taking damage downs. So they prioritize largely their attention to the DPS performance... and the reality? is that Yes you can skip mechanics with DPS on a lot of the content, but you cannot skip all mechanics with DPS alone... at some point and very often enough, players need to master the mechanics and do it flawless. Doing good DPS needs to be viewed as the cherry on-top, never the end all be all.

Parse parties I do not join and parsing is a different rabbit hole all together of sand-bagging mixed with a RNG slot-machine Crit striking... Which leaves Enrage timers... To me? Enrage timers largely gives a climaxing moment of finishing a fight. It's that tiny feature? that showcases that you can perform your rotation to some degree, while doing mechanics and it can create very memorable moments. I've heard plenty of VC's scream in utter hype trying to beat down that Savage fight they progged for so long... removing this? kills this feature out of the game.

As for the logical reasoning behind SE, well Yoshi P stated and I believe it. The implementation of an official DPS meter isn't going to happen due to the fear of possible toxicity i.e PartyFinder demanding players to have credentials in the form of Logs before Joining as 1 example and I can understand their POV on this. Thus, players go around the TOS? often out of a strong desire to self-improve... It's the main thing I see repeatedly, where players wish to see a good feedback on rather or not they improved beyond just not dying or not gaining vuln stacks or not getting damage downs.

I disagree completely, if anything they need restored to story mode content like they used to be. They we're never super strict but did require some form of input form the players. There's many a time when a pull has gone on for far longer than it should have, and if you don't teach these players to get better then they will continue on and on doing what they are doing. Eventually you get to max level and you have players that don't know what half their buttons do.

No one is expecting everyone to be superstars, but we should all expect not to have time wasted because someone can't be bothered to learn basic rotations or skill management. It's extremely disrespectful, it's not just your time, it's the time of everyone else in the party. Bring back Auto-Clean.
