DRG needs a buff, and not the way everyone else is whining about!

You sir are wrong. A great drg is just as good as any great monk. If not better. Math never plays out in pve, a good dragoon can do as much if not more dps than a monk. Even in turn 8 a well played drg still does almost as much as monk.

Except that Math isn't even the topic, and real life experience show MNK doing more damage than DRG in current fights. Your "Almost as much" is not "as good as, if not better".
