Moogle Mail Character Limitation

Hi,

Is anyone else finding 200 characters is a bit too restrictive for moogle mail?

I find myself having to really limit what I say if I want to avoid sending multiple letters to a person. (I use the mail service to send reminders/messages to people offline)

Given the amount of message traffic you can send in /tell or /party chat it seems bizarre to me that the body message limit for moogle mail is so small.

Perhaps because mails can potentially stay forever while chats will be cleared. IDK. I can sympathize but I personally have never needed to send text to people via mail

Thanks for the reply. I think the concern may be that sending multiple letters instead one one longer one can result in more memory overhead for storage, especially if the message files are variable length. It's also more tedious as well.

Agreed. Also find it really restrictive, like the old mobile texting.

I've just noticed as well that you can't view the contents of your sent mail, only who you sent mail to and when. Seems a little odd that we can't review our sent mail.
