    Duty Status Queue Chat

    Anyone else think you should be able to chat with the people you are being partied with while waiting for a duty?...

    You mean the people that just appear as 2/4 or 3/4 and stuff in the DF while waiting for a tank or something?

    yes exactly... too many times have I had healers leave, then tanks join... then tanks leave and healers join... back and fourth, back and fourth... I'm in a queue right now that's at 101:31... maybe if we could chat they wouldn't have left...

    or perhaps we could work out a strategy while we wait for other members to join?... idk... *sigh*

    So ppl can ask about gear lvls, previous exp before the loading screen starts. Call me skeptical but this would just get misused.

    They're not leaving, they're getting prioritized. It might show you at 1/1 healer because that's what it's building right now for something, but if enough people join up where all they need is one healer, it pulls that one and places them in that party. Duty roulettes have made this even more confusing/pointless as the temp parties really don't mean anything.

    It wouldnt work since its spread accross servers and people come and go within the que. So you wouldn't be linked to an instance to chat in until the duty begins.
