T5 T9 T13 all have dive bombs, we need more dive bombs in the next raid please.... recycling the same mechanic over and over again is dull. Ramuh Extreme, someone figured out he could be tanked with Titan-Egi, SE hated this so made it impossible to do again. Rather than make it a viable option that wasn't too OP, they made it impossible.
