Well that's not sloppy and a lot of players underestimate the value of the healer LB 3 especially bards.

A sloppy kill would be something you are most likely to experience in Titan HM/EX when you're left with 3-6 people and it takes an extra 4 minutes above normal to kill the primal and a healer LB3 isn't gonna revive those knocked off the platform.

This is exactly the situation echo helps.... Event originally tuned for 4 dps doing 200 dmg each (total = 800 dps) well here comes echo buff now 2 dps do 400 each (total = 800 dps)

1 tank and 1 healer have been possible since pre echo and in ilvl 90 gear. So echo also powers up these already overgeared people (who will at this point be somewhere between 90 and 100) allowing them to do the same with less than optimal play

Those 2 things don't go well with each other. Titan will enrage before you can take 4 minutes extra to normal.
