Well that's not sloppy and a lot of players underestimate the value of the healer LB 3 especially bards.
A sloppy kill would be something you are most likely to experience in Titan HM/EX when you're left with 3-6 people and it takes an extra 4 minutes above normal to kill the primal and a healer LB3 isn't gonna revive those knocked off the platform.

This is exactly the situation echo helps.... Event originally tuned for 4 dps doing 200 dmg each (total = 800 dps) well here comes echo buff now 2 dps do 400 each (total = 800 dps)
1 tank and 1 healer have been possible since pre echo and in ilvl 90 gear. So echo also powers up these already overgeared people (who will at this point be somewhere between 90 and 100) allowing them to do the same with less than optimal play

Gee, and I thought these fights required all 8 people to execute perfectly and any death=automatic wipe, especially the tank. At least, that's what I keep reading in this thread.

You see that how often in DF groups?
Sometimes in really good PF groups, but solely on statics!
I wonder what you try to prove with a static in T8 ?

I can only assume that it's to try and show how a good static with communication, such as VoIP, can help control some situations. Outside of that is just condescending superiority bs.
Since I farmed T1 through DF to get the allagan caster ring that I never saw drop before DF was introduced. I went through many 2% wipes that could've been prevented if the bards in my group would've used the LB 3 despite kiting the Caduceus for as long as possible.

I'll raise you

turn 9, solo tank, tank dies to claw at 10:15, boss proceed to ravage everyone, a few dps dies in the process, there were also a couple of people getting hit by dynamo, all in all a pretty sloppy run but they never give up, in the end they were 2 secs before enrage and managed to clear it.
