1. Jump animation change.
While I agree with you, what's wrong with wasting some GCD time? Yeah you lose a bit of dps, but the DPS you gain from the jump still compensate that loss. A quick fix would be fastening the animation depending on the SS you have
2. Jump position/gap closing change.
That, I don't quite understand. The only time you could get a front AOE is when you use spineshatter or dragonfire on something like titan earth, which is farther from the boss. If you get hit by that, it's your fault as you should know when to use it. If you mean "I use Jump (the skill) and get hit by a front attack", it never happened to me so I can't relate. I may just be lucky.
For the jump replacement, we already have 2 jumps able to close gap, plus elusive (if used correctly). While we could use a third one, jump behavior can be handy for dpsing a target a bit farther without leaving melee, like satin plume on garu for instance (or killing the spiny while staying in a distance to avoid windburn and the following blast!), or using a skill while an aoe goes off, since if timed well you won't get damages but will hit the target.
I think it adds something to our class.
3. DFD is too long.
Either reduce the CD (meh. I'd rather not), either increase its damage (to give us some kind of burst damage on AOEs).
4. Elusive Jump kind of sucks.
I guess you're fortunate enough to play with a static, and only with OP tanks, but that's not the case for many people here. It can be in DF, while helping friends for their relic, because i have better reaction time than tanks and switch faster on a target, or because I popped most of my CD and the tank didn't have berzerk/fight or flight, I can get hate and be raped by monsters from time to time. Maybe you don't like it for the content you run, but it's useful in many situations.
Even without its hate reduction part, it can be useful : crossing an AOE when you can't target (or stun :<) the target, withdrawing from one (bombs on titan), or simply looking fucking pro when you do something!
Now I think we'd all agree reducing it's CD to 120 seconds (and maybe the hate reduction to 33% instead of 50%, so it'd still be balanced) could be good >.>
5. WTH IS FEINT?
A few things. If leg sweep wasn't off GCD, it'd be a pain and we would never use it : interrupting with it would be almost impossible without nerfing our DPS.
Slow isn't like that, since it's just a debuff that stays on the target and reduce the damage output. It has no reason to be off-GCD. While it doesn't have much use in endgame, you can still use it on Spiny Plume, Garuda/her adds, I think Titan adds, ... I do agree they should add situation here you could use it. I'm not sure, are Levi EX mobs immune to Slow?
6. PVP skills so nice
The difference is in PVP, targets can move however they want and the lag in the game make you fail your combo a lot of time. That skill is meant to burst someone when he's trying to avoid you.
