Unable to connect - server error ?

I remember this coming up when the game went live from beta, however I don't recall what the answer was or how it was fixed:

I tried logging in today (on the current launcher, not a beta launcher) and got the following error message:

A system error has occurred: -2146697211.

No matter what I tried, I cannot log in.
I tried a few different times, also rebooted my computer, checked my AV to be sure it didn't slide it in to the virus vault (it didn't), I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game (with a fresh download of the installation, which was a digital download purchase).

Can someone please advise how to fix this?

EDIT - Never mind, it appears my IP connection was changed somehow - instead of it being 'automatically detect' it had some weird proxy settings, so unticked the proxy thing and re-ticked the 'automatically detect' and lo-and-behold, the launcher was able to connect with no issue.
