There's quite a handful of aussie based FC or mixed oceanic FCs here at Tonberry. Some are even from the US because they are generally sick of the EN players in NA servers.

Tonberry is probably the unofficial oceanic server here with the largest EN speaking community on it.

Cheers I have just started posting on Tonberry now, and I applied for a FC too! I am looking forward to the move!
