Hi all LandedEagle here!
I play using my ps4. I'm Aussie and started playing at the beta before the launch. I had a few months break and have just come back and I'm happy with all the changes so far! But since my return i have noticed my fully leveled free company of which i was number 2 is sadly no longer there. Whilst my server is friendly and respectful, there isn't as many english speaking people in it. I currently play in the Belias server and I'm wondering where i should be to play with other english speaking people. I prefer not to lag so I need an Aussie friendly connection with preferably very active players as I play atleast 5 hours through the week per day and 12 hours per day on the weekend! (work permitting). Also I would prefer if i could play with other PS4 users so there is no need to TYPE
So- Where are all the Australian PS4 players at? I'm happy to join anyone else who can accomodate me though, as im aware there probably isnt many mature aussies playing this anymore

I'm Australian and although I play on Ridill I've indeed heard that most Aussie players are on either Tonberry or Masamune servers. I remained on Ridill though simply because it was my server in 1.0 and I'm just sentimental like that.

Also FFXIV is cross-platform - there is no differentiation by server between PC, PS3 and PS4 players so you'll be meeting people on all these versions.

I realise that its cross platform, It would just be easier for me if other players had a ps4 because then we can use the party chat feature! Not that this is a neccesity or anything I mean just for practicality.

Just create a character there first before doing the transferring to check thing out. ^ ^. The party finder can get up to the 30+ parties looking with about more than half of the parties English language friendly.

That is actually a really good idea. Thanks Natashio. I will try making a new character tonight just to see what tonberry is like.

Yup tonberry imo is the place to go ^^ I'm Aus as well but am on Tiamat, considering moving there myself. The eng community here has dwindled in the last couple of months :((

Make an alt there and scope it out :3 it's nice to actually see shouts/PF in English ^^

While I'm not Aussie, but I do live in Australia, and I am on Tonberry too.
