Land/House Selling and other Housing Questions

There really hasn't been much news regarding the current housing system beside the personal room option in 2.3. Seeing as how the housing forum get very little exposure and reply from community rep, I'll pose a couple questions here in hope that they might get passed along to the dev team:

1) Is there any plans to allow FC to sell/transfer estates to other FC in 2.3?

2) Will FC be allowed to own multiple estates?

3) In one of the community rep post, there was mention of FC alliance system along in 2.2, and obviously we did not have it in game. If alliance is out in 2.3, how will housing factor in for alliance?

4) Yoshi-p once spoke of allowing players to dual/friendly pvp in housing estates. Will we be able to expect this to come to fruition along with FC training dummy?

Thanks for reading. I know I should have posted these in the live letter Q&A submission threads but I don't think there was any section dedicated for housing. Also, with the way the community is growing, most housing wards are and will be full in the next patch or two. We really need see more systems that promote and support community activities in the growing neighborhood.

1) Last I checked, you can't officially sell or transfer estates between FC. You basically need FC A to relinquish the land back to the housing ward for FC B to buy it off the game. There is no in game deed to the land/house to trade between players for an official transaction (beside you can't even trade more than 1mil gil at a time with the current restriction).

2) FC can't own multiple estates right now. You would have to make alts or send members off to make a secondary FC and grind points to buy land. Which kind of defeat the purpose that most people have of focusing on one FC. Maybe if FC alliance was available this would be appealing to me but unfortunately the dev forgot to include this in 2.2. Again it isn't supported officially in game and the current makeshift options that people came up with are too cumbersome. That is why I made this thread for some exposure to the rep.

I can confirm there is no way to sell the house or even the land currently. There are several posts about this being a thing in the future but no exact dates on when it will happen.

I hope they dont add a way for one FC to have two estates, because that's honestly just greedy when people are still trying to get just -one-.

I'm wondering if they're going to be adding more wards, since on my server, all medium houses are bought up, and Mist and Lavender Beds are pretty much COMPLETELY full.

I don't see how it's greedy considering small houses are like 1.5mil now. There are small FC's that want to have multiple houses as well and honestly gil is not hard to make right now compared to the last patch. Do your maps/dailies/roulettes/ventures along with your FC mates and you can easily buy a house in less than a month. If you want to debate over greed feel free to start another thread.

On the other hand I'm pretty sure they mentioned something about opening up more wards offhand in the live letter, but none of this is confirmed at all to come in the next patch, which make it seems like they don't care as much to improve housing and frustrates players.

Land Selling shouldn't be implemented, lest players starts registering multiple FCs to purchase prime lots to resell them to legitimate FCs at a higher cost

If you want to debate over greed feel free to start another thread. .

It's greedy because you're wanting to buy extra land and houses when other FCs want to buy one as well. Wards have limited housing. if you buy three plots of land and own those houses, those are two plots that could be going to other FCs, and chances are, you're not going to use those houses for anything. I've run to so many houses on my server, and MOST of the ones owned by PvE guilds are constantly empty. CONSTANTLY. Never seen a SOUL in these houses. It's not fair to people who want the houses for one FC to buy up as many plots as they can, only to not use them.

It's possible, but requires selling the whole FC. I saw someone shout selling their housing a couple weeks back.
