Thanks Seevant! I will share some tips for you, hopefully you get past this soon:

1. Don't mind running with fresh players, but make sure you establish a connection with good players as soon as you see one.
2. Once you have your line-up, create a Linkshell and invite them (or create LS now and invite as you go). Normally most of players are willing to help and will accept your invite.
3. Be aggressive. Whatever you are doing, try to set it aside and go for Titan extreme runs. You never know what the results will be until it is said and done.
4. There will be times where only 50-75% are on attendance - still go for it and post it via PF. If you don't down it, you still had the opportunity to meet new players with potential.

In terms of my ETA, I've had the quest for more than a month but I was not really taking it serious. When I finally decided to be aggressive on it, just took less than 2 weeks to close out with a good group.

Cleared it today with a new FC. BLM was good enough to where he lb'd the adds while I stayed on Titan. And this time we didn't deviate from the plan to destroy the second bomb.

I think the biggest problem for new players are the landslides. Here's a helpful tip: If you can, line up/group up with other players to force/bait the direction of the landslides.
