I just wanna say something I feel is important because I've noticed
a little hostility.

I can't speak for everyone but I would like to think that most people who
criticize the game or Square-Enix's business pratice is only because they really care.

So I've seen some topics which on the surface appear angry, complaints, whatever you want to call them. But people are only doing this because they want you to be sucessful.

A topic I currently noticed that was up about using $ to by extra retainers.
This is hipocritical. You say things like you don't want RMT, then do things like this.
Speaking of RMT spammers, they are out of control.

You should really respect and understand why people say things like this, really think aobut it, take it in.

It is often the way people put their "constructive critism". Because that is what it should be, regardless of it being negative or positive. "Complaining" or "whining" just won't do anything, beside starting a flame-war. Most people on this forum, which claim what the OP said, simply lack the skill of putting their complaints in the proper Forum and/or in the proper form of text.

"SE THIS SUCKS" does not equal "SE, i do not like this. Maybe you could do it this way?"

Selling in-game services is RMT?

Well, technically, so is selling a subscription to the game itself.

The difference is that the company has the right to make money on its own property. It isn't hypocritical, it is their property.

This is not fanboyism, this is just blatant truth. The company may do what it wishes with its own property.

Likewise, a theatre has the right to bar you from bringing in food, and also, the right to sell food. It is not hypocrisy, it is how they make money.

Don't like it? Netflix. Or, alternatively, stop sending money to the jackwagons in Hollywood altogether. O_o But do not pretend that it is somehow a violation of their company charter.

I do agree that criticism is not synonymous with hate.

The problem with many people (excluding the white knights or the defense force) is how the criticism is done. There is a constructive and cordial way to exercise criticism; and, unfortunately, many people lack this skill.

And if you criticize something, understand that people will disagree with you, so don't be throwing fanboy insults at said person. Goes both ways.

The problem is that most of the time, these complaints are made with no thought. There have been so many that truly just say whatever they happened to be doing and whatever random idea pops into their head without actually thinking about the validity of it. This is called, being asinine. There will never be such a thing as a perfect game, I think we all know this. Complaints can be justified. However, I have seen so few posts devoid of any thought or implication for a very long time. Suggestions and legitimate issues/bugs are one thing, but complaining because it's easy is just obnoxious.

It's a double edged sword. Any well thought out and coherent complaint made here will get a few likes and then fade into the later pages lost to time and space. Anything that get's attention is usually riddled with ill-logic and incoherent thoughts which simply lose all forms of respect and the fellow players will be sure to point it out.

The hate is usually just to instigate the attention but is just as useless towards influencing the direction of the game itself.

2. Point out the flaw

3. Suggest Improvements
