cant play realm reborn pc

So first of all idk if this belongs to this section but couldnt figure anything else. I have insane lag and spell/skills effects are not coming out like they used for example medica 2 or cure. Same goes for binding coil of bahamut turn 5 when you are targeted with fireball i cant see the icons, not the conflact blue icon either or divebombs. Also character is doesnt look the same. Top of that when i start the game i dont get "kupo" loading on bottom right anymore instead its shows my last place logged out with ground and takes like 3minutes to load everything. Tried to reboot modem, reinstalled whole game twice and ingame everything is default. And no i didnt enable option where you can turn off these effects. Any help could be nice :<, basically cant play atm at all.

solved problem on my own. Was few options wrong on outside program of final fantasy. So problem was with AMD Gaming Evolved program and by optimize setting for quality solved this one
