Advice on Soldiery buys

Hey all,
Asking for some input on the next piece here for PLD. I currently have Chest and Shield, and am thinking ring is going to be next. However, if I save up for another week I could prolly go pants or gloves, which could be better since I'll be upgrading some Def/MDef and getting some substantial stat increases with those pieces as well. Currently i91 on PLD if that helps...

Thoughts?

Noct pants are a no brainer as well as the Ring (pants first). Get those. Gloves only adds accuracy and u loose parry from your AF. Belt looses accuracy but gains parry. Boots/Head drop in T6 so i wouldnt buy those. Choker is BiS but u can get away with Moogle EX choker until you obtain some oil (T7 clear) to use on the Noct variant.

I'd say get the Pants/Ring now, then if you have access to T6/T7 wait until you clear those. Once nearing soldiery cap, choose either Gloves/Belt.

T6/T7 can easily be cleared with your current gear so there is no real need to rush and spend tomes unless your nearing cap

I'm personaly hovering around 1500 Soldiery tomes every week after purchasing the above pieces (except the shield). I only have the choker/shield left to purchase so i'll most likely start spending on my MNK alt since the rest of the PLD pieces are High Alagan BiS Drops so i'm holding out for those.

@ Probound: Thanks for that. I was leaning that way but didn't take into account the loss on the gloves. As for the ring replacement, which to replace, Do I loose 3 parry to gain3 vit and 17 acc by replacing the Allagan or or just gain 3 vit, 1 parry&acc replacing the hero's....actually writing it out now has made it clear I believe. Replace the allagan for the better gain, SkillSpeed is not something I am focused on.

depend on what build you going for. For my personal BiS I will be using HA pant, so I'm won't be buying Noct pant or Choker. since you can clear turn 9 around ilv100 gear (less if you got good team and max out parry), you might want to start checking what kind of BiS you going for, then make your shopping that way. (assuming that you have access to at least turn 7 if not 8.) if you going for Parry BiS then PRODBOUND suggestion is the way to go. I'm goin for Crit/DET with small mix of parry BiS, so my shopping is different.

Ring is always a good choice, consider we only have 2 ilv 110 in the game. (FYI, if you have access to T7. you can upgrade your Weather Ring into ilv 110 Noct Ring, then buy another weather ring, you can stack them)

also, you do not NEED Max parry to do T6-8. I tank them with Crit/Det build and never have problem, I also did T8 solo tank. you only need Max parry on T9, If only you really under gear for it.

Get all the accuracy you can to take on the T2.1. Everything else is good to have but not vital.
