    They've released them on patch day for every patch so far. Why would they deviate from that behavior now? (note: patch notes on the day is standard dev behavior since patches can be pulled out of something goes horridly wrong).

    you say this as though its guaranteed behavior but as patch 2.2 showed us it isn't. its usual behavior though so that is what we should expect.

    this is incorrect the preliminary patch notes for 2.2 were released 5 days ahead of time. it is the first time they did this for us but I suspect they may do it with patch 2.3

    Patch 2.2 released a PARTIAL patch note list before the servers went down because it was a huge content patch that could cut the patch notes keeping all the possible market exploiting info out and still be worth a read.

    This 2.28 patch doesnt have much to add besides the Myth increase, Roulette changes and the Zodiac Brave. If any part of the Zodiac brave quest uses a currently sold item it cant be included in the patch notes so your "early notes" would be:

    Myth drops has been increased by X.
    You can now enter Roulette in a party.

    Please make Sure to read the full notes later.
