This is why I prefer the old format for grouping which consisted on just getting the bodies to do the content and having a blast.

As for people complaining about bads, take into consideration that they are the ones funding your current habits as well.
There are both complex and simple rotations for a lot of classes. My monk for example will do consistent dps with just 2 different 3 ability combos spammed over and over again. It's not optimal, but it's better than just hitting 1 over and over again. There is no excuse for that. People should strive to do well at everything they do, whether it's playing a game or skipping rocks. There is no reason I should be doubling people in dps in 4 mans even with my lazy rotation, and yet it happens all the time.
