There's only THREE roles. Bards are RANGED dps. I have no idea where did your 4th role come from, imaginary perhaps.

For now. Hybrid is planned to be added and I don't expect Bard to stay as DPS once that happens.

This gets to a level where i am not sure if Gormogon is simply trolling or mentally deranged. In either case, showing a Picture where it shows that the PT-System only has 3 Roles and still denying it is making me worry. Either Gormogon, you should consider to stop posting on this Forum at all, or maybe stop talking about things you obviously lack to understand.

Gormogon is just a troll. He comes in and speaks his opinion which is fine, but he comes after every dissenting post and reasserts his opinion again like we didn't hear him the first 10 times. He will do this forever until he gets the last word or people start ignoring him.

It has nothing to do with being elite, and most of us know that. To Gormogon expecting literally anything at all from other players is expecting too much.

Gormogon, we do get what you are saying. We just think you're flat out wrong. Find some way to come to terms with the fact people here disagree with you, will continue to disagree with you, and never will agree with you.

You can get really far into this game with just time and then you have to learn everything at once.

Oh this is hilarious. Thanks for the laughs guys and gals! Nice to know you all still haven't grown up. It is precisely what makes me hate running dungeons in this game. One would think we would have grown out of these temper tantrums by now but it seems chaos wins out in the end. It's pathetic really. I hope some of you never have children. It would be sad to grow up trying to fulfill you're unrealistic expectations. Everyone else's lives do not revolve around your schedule. As far as the other side is concerned, show some respect as well. Unwinding after the day is great but to knowingly hinder other people for the sake of your own amusement is childish. I'd think you were taught better but by the nature of the posts I read such isn't the case. Either way people are going to do as they please. Such is free will.

Years ago when I played FF11, I really enjoyed the way you had to learn your job and abilities in experience parties.

Experience parties weren't really a good way to learn jobs and abilities. I think they figured that out, which is why they don't used that system anymore. In FFXI, the jobs I was BEST at I spammed to 99 very quickly and learned a crash course of all my relevant abilities (up until then I had been pretty vocally against lvling fast). There was no 70+ levels of muscle memory, bad habits, mis-information and bad advice from LS mates to get in the way of being good at a job.

The problem with FFXIV now is that players rush to 50 for the first time and don't really know how to play. Most of us have been there. It's just that now there's less patience for it from the community because the "noob scrubs" are the minority, not the majority. Most of us who started at launch together, played badly together, and learned together.

As for folks who just simply have bad attitudes? Meh. If they're truly having fun that way, then let them be. Chances are they aren't and are lying about it (even to themselves) or are just to immature to understand that the other people in their party aren't NPC's.
