Ahh yes yes vote to kick, and the person that got kicked will go onto forums and complain about how the party members kicked him because he plays the way he wants to.Duty Finder will always be this way. At the end of the day remember that everyone is trying to contribute and that no one has the right to tell anyone how to play. You can however leave the party or vote to kick.
But I would caution our FFXIV community in NA/EU to treat new users in a way where everytime they make a few mistakes that they'll kick them.
Why caution? Because growth of an individual and allowing for this growth is what keeps a healthy community.
Without a healthy community that's inclusive you end up with a dying server made up of the few. A country without new faces is a bad country
Ask Yoshida why he treats FFXIV like a country
