Why caution? Because growth of an individual and allowing for this growth is what keeps a healthy community.

Without a healthy community that's inclusive you end up with a dying server made up of the few. A country without new faces is a bad country

I understand that they have the freedom to play however they wish, but I would prefer them showing some effort or atleast read the abilities.

Even when I try to give them advice, I would either get ignored or badmouthed. To me, their attitude is much more toxic but again I can be biased.
