Isn't exactly HELPING when your actions cause trouble to other party members that wants to complete the dungeon.Which brings us to the original intent of the system, random encounters with endless possibilities with a central theme of helping players running through the story and/or completing quests/hunts.
This is not the place to judge players because it is more about situational help and less about friendship related help. You can ask people whom you know to act how you think they should act but don't expect the same from strangers.
We're no one to be judging people we don't know. No one owes you anything in a random chance encounter. In Duty Finder let it work how Square wants it to work.
