Character Creation

Not sure if this is in the right section or not, but hopefully I can get an answer of some sort.

So I'm trying to create a new character, decided to go female Sea Wolf Roegadyn. Now the issue I'm having is that pretty much every customisation option does nothing. I can change the face shape, the hair but that's about it. Any facial options just do nothing, for example, Eyes. Five options and they don't change, until I choose shape 4, and then they change slightly, and option 5 is exactly the same as 4. Eyebrows don't change, I've not tried any other options yet as I want to try and get an answer or help on this before I create the character.

Anybody know what's going on? Or are the facial options for this race extremely limited?

Edit: Never mind. I'm an idiot, the visuals change when you hover over the name of the option, but don't if you just click the check box for some reason. Solved my own issue.
