subcriptions errors...Help anyone?

okay i have bought FFXIV at the start of january or february and played it since my free trial was finished, and i've never played it again. so anyway i decided today would be the day that i would buy my membership again so i swooshed away onto my square enix account to pay by debit card but after finishing my details a 601 error came up so i did some research and found another way to get my membership by using Crysta, so finished doing my details and BAM another error came up this time Error 11000. So now im stuck and disappointed at these stupid errors, im wondering is it because i live in Downunder or am i just unlucky. Btw i rang the enix support blahblablahs and they were no help at all..... so any of you guys can PLEASE help me....

If I remember rightly, the Code 601 error is usually caused by the internet browser you're using to access the Mogstation - if your browser has added levels of security which stop scripts from running in the background, it might be blocking a certain security script Square Enix uses when you enter your card details to check that your card is genuine. When I first entered my card details for FFXIV back in version 1.0 I ended up with the same error - I had to disable Firefox's 'Noscript' add-on before it would work, so it's possible this might be the same problem you're having.

How do i disable firefox? my web browser i used is chrome.

Firefox is a web browser, like Chrome - what I was meaning is my web browser has an 'add-on' running in the background called Noscript which stops a lot of malware and insidious programs from running on when I browse a website (called 'scripts'), however a lot of scripts are benign and are needed for a website to work properly, like the Mogstation when you enter your card details. Unfortunately Noscript can't tell the difference and usually just blocks every script it comes across. Hence I had to disable Noscript completely while adding my card details in order for it work. I'm not sure if this is what is causing your problem, but it's a possibility.
