I need to know.

Can you still get the Fat Chocobo mount if you buy the PC Collectors Edition today? Or was the offer only for CE's that were bought before whenever the PS4 version came out?

Basically, yes, you can still get the Fat Chocobo mount (along with the moogle minion) - it's included by default with the PS4 version, and the PS3 and PC collector's editions will automatically have the mount and minion added to the account when the Collector's Edition serial code is registered to your account on the Mogstation.

Only the Cait Sith minion and Moogle hat are pre-order bonuses that are separate and are no longer technically offered, although you might still be able to find someone giving the vouchers away, they'll be hard to find, and the codes will only be offered for a short time.
