Block Rate vs. Block Strength

Apologies if this has been brought up in the past, but I've exhausted the search function of the forums and my google-fu is rusty.

We have numbers for parry, but are there definitive numbers for block rate yet? And block strength? They're likely more difficult to tally, due to them both tying in to attributes, now that I'm thinking on it.

Anywho, can someone point me in the direction of a thread (if it's already been gone over) or can we open the topic for discussion and testing?

EDIT: I suppose the title of this thread should have been AND and not VS. I'm not comparing the two, I just want to find where they both lay.

you have 4 choice for ilv100+ shield. High Allagan Kite shield has the highest ilv.

Well, none of that ties in to my own testing whatsoever, so I'm going to go with I'm wrong, here, and scrap my results.
