Current Syndicate Members?

As my wife is now going through the 2.2 story quests, she pointed out something to me during the cutscenes where the Domans are pleading with the syndicate for refuge:

Where is Godbert Manderville? During the most recent Hildibrand line, it was revealed that he took a seat on the Syndicate following the demise of Lord Quiveron in the Calamity. Yet clearly, he was not present at the meeting with the Domans and there most certainly were all 6 Syndicate members represented. Has Godbert lost his seat in the intervening 5 years? Is there some other bit of quest text somewhere that I missed explaining what happened?

And regardless of Godbert's status, do we have a full list of who is currently on the Syndicate? From what I know of off the top of my head, there's:

They probably threw a cowl on him so as to not spoil the Hildibrand Sidestory reveal.

Godbert can only have joined the Syndicate by virtue of now being the sixth wealthiest person in Ul'dah. Consider it a hunch, but I can't help suspecting he owns Esthaime's Lapidaries - the Goldsmiths' guild has undergone some very significant and abrupt management changes over the last fifteen years.

The robed figure (presumably Godbert) is sitting in the seat of Eolande Quiveron (Director of Frondale's Phrontistery), who died in the Calamity.

Raubahn's seating supplanted Rycharde (unrelated to Mistbeard Rycharde), previous owner of the Coliseum, in 1570.

Cicidoa is also said to be a previous member, though I don't recall from when or who took his place.

I need to double-check this - but recently I rewatched the cutscene for this exact reason. And it had Godbert wearing his funky hot pants and showing all his Manderville glory. I think perhaps the cutscene changes depending on if you have cleared the Hildebrand quests or not?

Also, I could have been hallucinating (from lack of sleep and being sick).

And just to make sure, is there anything that actually hard confirms that the hooded man is Godbert? I do say it's an excellent and reasonable explanation (avoiding spoilers, etc, and it's so simple and obvious I'm almost ashamed I didn't think of it myself), just wondering if physical proof can be found anywhere now.

While looking around for info about the others in the Syndicate, I did also find it interesting that this Mythril Eye article seems to imply there only being 5 Syndicate members at the time of writing via use of the phrase "that leaves us with", with the 6th vacant or otherwise completely unmentioned. Is there a known gap in full membership around the time the GCs were re-established?

That screenshot is from the second cutscene of The Mother of Exiles. When rewatching it, I still see the masked/robed Hyur. If you find the one with Godbert let me know. I can't think of who else would be under there to fit in with the timeframe of the lore, though.

I did also find it interesting that [Immortal Flames Afire] seems to imply there only being 5 Syndicate members at the time of writing via use of the phrase "that leaves us with", with the 6th vacant or otherwise completely unmentioned.

The article leaves Eolande unmentioned, though I'm not sure why. Perhaps because she was fated to die, anyway.

What I don't get is that Eolande is clearly Elezen but her supposed "heir" in the Quiveron Manse are Lalafell. Including the one who shows up later at Horizon.

I'm guess it's just bandits being bandits and using her name for ill gain.

Hmmm. I think I have lost the plot - maybe I imagined it... But, I do swear I watched the final cutscene - Through the Maelstrom - a few weeks ago and saw Godbert in his hot pants attire (rewatching it just now it is not the case, it is the Hyur in a robe). Either that, or I am just confusing a variety of cutscenes as I was scouting through them for mentions of different locales and info about Othard, Sharlayan and the Isle of Val :'/

If it's any consolation, I also recall seeing a cutscene with Godbert at a Syndicate meeting, dressed in his "I'm-too-sexy-for-this-body" hotpants. I believe it was a promotional or trailer video, and it's not in the game itself. Unfortunately, I can't find it now either.
