Haukke HM last boss

So yesterday I was on my smn doing last boss on Haukke HM. Everything was going fine until Lady Amadine spawned. Usually I would refresh my dots on the boss just before she spawned so I can bane it onto her. But this time, barely five seconds after she spawned, she got "eaten" by the boss and her blood rain ability subsequently wiped us. Thinking it was a bug we tried again and the same thing happened. My guess is that she phase changes at a certain % regardless of the hp of the add.

Wondering if anyone had the same problem?

That happens if you dps the main boss too quickly. So yes, it's all based on percentages. You'd have to slow down to give enough time to kill the adds. This game punishes too much dps in a lot of fights; so cruel.
