    Heck, this whole transaction clearing can be apply to all the Gil exchange functions in game. RMTs sells their gils based on speedy service, lets slow them down then.

    Seriously, how often do you perform gil trades that values over 1M outside of the market board? Daily? Weekly? Monthly? Hardly?
