Time to add some use into Rowena's Token.

It had some great use during patch 2.1, defeat the three EX primals, get 3 Rowena's Token and redeem whatever ilvl 90WP that you wished for.

But with 2.2 they are no longer worth the time or hassle due to Turn5 and EX Levi dropping better weapons/farmable. This in turn causes some issues regarding new players or sub characters.

Finding a party doing EX Garuda/Titan/Ifrit has gotten much harder due to the simple fact that there's "no reason to do it". Sure, SE added 3 cool-looking horses into the treasure pot but due to RNG/low drop-rate it's simply not good enough to get people to PF them. (Levi actually offers Mirror/i95 weapons to spice it up more).

A suggestion would be to add other uses for Rowena's Token that's taking up space in our inventory. Perhaps trading them for Soldiery(another way to hit the weekly cap) or other goodies similar to the Mythology reagents. Because right now, the quest "Primal Focus" is dead for all I know.

I have all of the Primal Focus weapons and almost all the accessories. I have no reason to enter there again so I see your point, the content is dead for me.

They said in the Duty Commenced stream that if you collect all of the primal horse mount "something might happen" in 2.3. This includes also getting the mount from Ramuh, but no reason why you can't start getting the other 4.
