I Can't Log On To The Lodestone

Hi, I have never been able to log on to the Lodestone. It asks for my ID and my Password and down below it says if I have a security token to enter that. However, there are only 2 lines (not the 3 that I have when I log into the game). I've tried this:

Line 1: ID
Line 2: Password

Line 1: ID
Line 2: Security Token Password.

Line 1: Security Token Password.
Line 2: Password.

Line 1: ID
Line 2: Password + Security Token Password.

And various other combinations. However, nothing works despite the fact that I can log on to the Mog Station and the game itself with no problem. Any suggestions?

Edit: Oh also, I AM entering the Re Captcha text below and I get a message telling me I've entered it incorrectly if that is the problem. So I know this isn't the issue.
