True to a point, but healers/tanks/dps drop cause there bad too. I don't mind being the healer that can actually keep the party up during the last boss or the tank that can keep hate and I know what I'm doing.

Which is why the whole system should be tweaked.

We need a system that still rewards you fully for joining something that is already at final boss, or at second boss etc. Would you be against force join in progress if you got full reward from it? There would still be gaming of the system, but to help fix that, you change the ui completely, no more indicators of dungeon progress before joining, no job listings. It just says, "success!" and your screen goes black and boom you load into dungeon, with a fixed leave penalty, which regardless if someone else had left prior, if you zone in fresh, you shouldn't be able to leave immediately and not get a penalty.

I always join in progress, because I don't mind playing the game. I just hate that current join in progress doesn't queue full replacements, there's nothing better than zoning into a dungeon that has one dps just sitting there.
