Ability to blacklist people from other servers (duty finder)

I'm sure we've all had the experience of meeting someone rude during a duty finder run. I would like the ability to blacklist these people while in the dungeon so that:

A) I don't have to listen to them insult me further while the run is ongoing
B) I don't ever have to run with them again

Obviously it's impossible to blacklist every rude player ever, but at the least I'd like to be able to know that I won't encounter that particular person again.

Sorry to say but point 2) does not work

I had it happen twice now that i got into a dungeon with someone on my blacklist. It will not save you from getting in a dungeon with them, even tho the chance is just so slim, plus it will actually de-blacklist them in the dungeon... you can still read w/e they say in /p and /s - funny sidenote tho: twice the group decided to kick him without me saying a word ^o^

And before you ask, there is only one character with that peculiar name so no, its not someone from another server... sadly :/

Then they need to change the blacklist function to prevent you from automatically grouping with people you've blacklisted. That's how the ignore function in WoW works. If someone is on your ignore list, you will never get grouped with them through the dungeon finder or looking for raid tools.

Yes, please! Being able to blacklist players from other servers and not get grouped with them again would be a godsend.
