Newly Forming Static LF WAR OT with capable DPS job, for T6+ Progression

Hi there, we're a newly-forming group in which most of our members have gotten to at least gotten to T8+ progression. We're currently reforming our static group because some of us would like to raid together (We were in separate raid groups before). Currently, here is our composition:

Static Composition:
- PLD/WAR
- DRG
- BRD
- BLM
- BLM
- WHM
- SCH

We're looking for an exceptional Warrior who is also currently leveling a DPS class (preferrably MNK), with the following requirements:
- Be at least i95+ on gear progression (i91+ for DPS class)
- Use mumble as VoIP
- Is a quick learner, and is willing to research strategies outside of raid time.
- T5 Clear

Like we said, most of us have already at least gotten to T8+, so we will be reteaching some strategies to some of our members. We don't mind people who have progressed less than us, as long as you learn quickly!

We're planning on raiding on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8PM PST, for 2-3 hours. We do have an optional raid day on Sunday.
