For burst damage, considering that I am able to time everything properly;

HS > M > Bloodbath > SE > Unchained > HS > Berserk > SS > Internal Release > BB > SE [combo] > BB [combo] > Fracture [Berserk timer allowing] (using any defensive CDs during open spots between GCDs if necessary)

During this time I'll normally ignore Wrath stacks to ensure that SE debuff is kept up and both fully buffed BBs land.
