    Jumping, swimming, and climbing would be immersive to have. Yes, alot of it would be somewhat useless for the most part but it is a nice addition. I think something like this should wait until an expansion or something unfortunately.. Mainly with swimming.

    I totally support all these things. I think climbing over small rocks a la Call of Duty would make more sense visually than contextual jumping too, so I'd like climbing to be incorporated alot. Also, imagine the new dimensions it could add to exploration? This is an MMO after all, exploration should be on of its key features. Why make a huge world if it is only to be utilised in a very monotonous way, i.e., by walking all over it.

    I would like swimming just as much, however, I'd like to point out that Crystal Tools Engine cannot render water worth a damn, so I'm sure we will never see swimming until the engine is improved.

    About those invisible safety rails -- they also get in the way of just plain old running through regions like Thanalan. You can't even run off the tops of hills with a sheer face of over a certain height, even though monsters can.

    I agree! Cool name also, gifthorse. Why build a giant world if you can just run to the foot of it and stare there? Let us climb!
