    LoS = Line of Sight ?
    I guess it's about run through the boss to avoid getting sucked in instead of hiding in vine.
    But not sure in which particular moment. Can anyone tell me ?

    Stay befor her and run exactly in moment when yellow mark vanish. Sprint helps too.
