Gear Question

1. How do you get lvl appropriate gear? I have yet to find the answer.

2. You seem to forget that you are lvl 50 with i90 gear (Still don't get what that actually means) and that I am a lvl 25 Warrior with the best gear I can seem to aquire showing me at somwhere around a lvl 16 to 20 gear on the character sheet.

1. I never bought any gears (slots on left) from the market board because I found better gears from repeating dungeons, chests poped in leveQ or exchanged by GC seals.
2. I think reach the cap level of the dungeon helps a lot.^^
