8 players go into coil turn, gets 2 drops plus sand/oil/tome and gets distributed. They get out, one member leaves, a new player joins.

They clear the turn again and 2 drops plus sand/oil/tome drops again. 7 old members can't roll on it, the new player gets them all?

How does this not sound exploitable?
