Yeah Leviathan is one of the heavily populated servers. Best time to move here is late at night.
Seeing it's the weekday you'll have a better chance.

eh just checked its in a different datacenter anyway, im in chaos because im from the uk and i tbh prefer not logging on when my guild mates are logging off and vice versa

Perhaps wait a bit until the 2.28 patch to do any serious grinding as i believe they r tweaking some things here and there so u might want to read into the devs letters.
