Making Seasonal Event Rewards Account Wide

This thread goes out to mainly the Lightning Strikes fates that were up late in 2013 and in February of this year. I played in the February fate and got the hair, the weapons, and all the armor from the events. I stopped playing for a little while and just started up again with the PS4 versions launch to play with my friends. They started on the server Jenova so I am there as well but I don't have access to even the hair I unlocked from the Lightning Strikes fates on my new character. Is it possible to get these rewards applied to new characters or get it like the 1 time item return policy?

I forgot to mention the glamour as well. I see so many people in dungeons using seasonal gear with the glamour and it sucks because my other character has all the gear, but I cant transfer him to my server. If even we were allowed to purchase from the Calamity Salvagers the gear our account has unlocked would be nice

I like this idea a lot. At least let us buy the items from the Calamity Salvage. I just started an alt and I'm lamenting all the things I've missed.

This would be awesome. Did a lot of seasonal quests with my first toon, but started a new one to play with friends, but I'm missing a lot of items I worked for now. :/ I mean u can rebuy the Christmas outfit from the marketboard but not the sets from Valentine or the lightning even (+ we are missing a special haircut we worked for too). *push* hope this gets some attention.
