    Change of name for the "marriage" feature

    Considering the feedback obtained on the original subject here, I decided to make a suggestion in the proper part of the forum (I guess).

    The idea would be to remove the ties to real life for the incoming feature (announced for 2.4 as far as we now) and put a deep lore-related ceremony with the suggested name of "Menphina's Pledge". It would put the two lovers under the protection of the Goddess of Love, rather than having them "married".

    Not only would it make possible to explore the Eorzean Lore to its deepest, but it would also prevent a huge part of the stormy debate that has been raging since the Live Letter part XIV and even before by side-stepping the real life problems it would cause.

    I think that would make things more comfortable for people. btw I might have posted this twice. I'm not sure. PC is being crazy atm.
