    Comprehensive patch notes? (Patch delay?)

    Was wondering why the notes are not there yet.
    Do you guys think it will be delayed a cpl of days, or they will put it few hrs before the maintenance time?

    It won't be posted until the patch goes live here in several hours, I also can't wait for the details though
